浅谈小麦发芽试验技术

摘　　要：种子4项质量指标(纯度、净度、发芽率、水分含量)中任何1项达不到国家规定的标准即为不合格种子。为了确保小麦种子发芽试验结果的准确性、可靠性和可重复性,检验工作者必须严格按照《GB/T3543.1-1995农作物种子检验规程》中关于发芽试验的要求程序进行发芽试验,不断积累经验,掌握正确的操作技术方法,减少发芽试验误差或失误。总结了小麦发芽试验的方法和步骤。Purity, clarity, germination rate and moisture content are four indicators of seed quality. No matter which of them is not up to the national standards,the seed will be clarified to unqualified seed. To ensure accurate, reliable and repeatable results of wheat germination test, we must follow the germination test procedures requested in ＂GB/T 3543.1-1995 Inspection Regulations of Crop Seed＂, and use operation experiences to reduce error or failure during the germination test. Methods and steps of wheat germination test were summarized in this article.
