摘　　要：选用当前市场上推广应用面积较大的鄂杂棉10号F1,进行塑料软盘基质育苗、泡沫盘基质水培育苗与肥土营养钵育苗的栽培效果比较研究。结果表明,在武汉地区冲积潮土上,与油菜连作种植棉花,单位面积纯收入以泡沫盘基质水培育苗最高,塑料软盘基质育苗次之。因此,棉花品种与因地制宜地选用轻简化栽培技术配套推广可以提高植棉效益。With Ezamian No.10 F1 as material, the experiment was conducted to compare the effect of three seedling cultivation methods（ plastic plate filled with medium（A）, foamy plate filled with medium and floating on nutritious water（B）, and nutritious soil cubic （C））. The result showed that under the condition of planting cotton after rapeseed harvest in Wuhan area, the net income per unit area of method B was the highest and that of method A was the second.
