家蚕细菌病防治新药的研制(初报)

摘　　要：收集7种试验药物A1～A7,分别进行家蚕黑胸败血菌(Bacillus sp.)及灵菌败血菌(Serratia marcescens)的抑菌圈试验和生测试验,将筛选出的对这2种病防治效果最好的2种药物进行复配,新配方的药效均达到了95%以上,超过了对照药物,预防效果也显著高于不施药对照。Seven kinds of medicine A1～A7 were used to test the inhibiting effect to silkworm bacterial septicemia caused by Serratia marcecens and Bacillus sp. Two high effect medicines were selected by inhibition area method and bioassay. Inhibition bacterial septicemia rates of the new formula were more than 95% which exceeded the reference medicine and the blank control significantly.
