摘 要:应用多性状动物模型DFREML方法,估计了中国大白猪SⅡ1系生长和胴体性状的遗传参数。结果显示,生长性状中的平均日增重(ADG)、100kg体重日龄(AGE)、达100kg体重的背膘厚(BF)、饲料转化率(FCR)的遗传力估计值分别为0.26、0.21、0.45、0.39,各性状均存在明显的窝效应,变化范围为0.09~0.35。胴体性状中的宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、瘦肉率、眼肌面积、肋膘厚、腿臀比、胴体直长、肋皮厚的遗传力分别为0.23、0.36、0.43、0.25、0.50、0.66、0.42、0.68、0.14。生长性状ADG/AGE、ADG/BF、ADG/FCR、AGE/BF、AGE/FCR、BF/FCR的遗传相关分别为-0.73、0.24、-0.51、-0.11、0.62、-0.05。胴体性状的屠宰率和瘦肉率与胴体重呈正相关关系,分别为0.43和0.17;屠宰率与瘦肉率的遗传相关为0.65,腿臀比与瘦肉率的遗传相关为0.61。说明在选育猪的肉用性状时,应考虑后腿的丰满程度。By using the DFREML method of multi-traits animal model, the genetic parameters on growth and carcass performance of the Chinese Yorkshire S 111 Line Were estimated. The results showed that the heritability estimates of the average daily gain (ADG), the day age up to 100 kg weight (AGE), the backfat at 100 kg weight (BF) and the feed conversion rate (FCR) was 0.26, 0.21, 0.45 and 0.39, respectively. Each trait had obvious litter effect and the deviation range was from 0.09 to 0.35. The heritability estimates of the slaughter weight, dressed weight, dressing percentage, lean meat percentage, eye muscle area, backfat thickness, ham percentage, carcass length and skin thickness was 0.23,0.36,0.43, 0.25,0.50,0.66,0.42,0.68 and 0.14, respectively. The genetic correlation of the ADG/AGE,ADG/BF,ADG/FCR,AGE/BF, AGE/FCR and BF/FCR was -0.73,0.24,-0.51,-0.11,0.62 and -0.05,respectively. The dressed weight had positive genetic correlation with dressing percentage and lean meat percentage, and the value was 0.43 and 0.17 respectively. The genetic correlation between the dressing percentage and lean meat percentage was 0.65 and the genetic correlation between the ham percentage and lean meat percentage was 0.61. The plumpness of drawleg should be concerned in the meat traits breeding.
