摘　　要：结合文献情报工作的实践，就电子数据库受著作权保护的总前提、保护的方式、数据库制作人和有关人的权利。Abstract Combining the practice of documentation and information work, the paper states the general premise of the copyright protection for databases and protection ways, the right of database producers and persons concerned, and protective period, and various restrictions imposed by law on the right of copyright owners of databases.
