摘 要:以普通番茄和黄化番茄幼苗为试材,研究在UV-B辐射增强条件下对蕃茄生长及叶绿素荧光猝灭的影响,以揭示UV-B辐射增强对番茄光合作用的伤害机理.结果表明:UV-B辐射增强对番茄叶片的光合机构造成了一定伤害,使番茄幼苗生长量、叶片PSⅡ最大转换效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ光合电子传递量子效率(ФPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和天线转化效率(Fv′/Fm′)下降,非光化学猝灭系数(qN)明显升高;两种类型的番茄幼苗对UV-B辐射增强的反应存在差异,黄化番茄幼苗更为敏感.To reveal the damage machanism of inhanced UV-B on photosynthesis of tomato, the effects of inhanced UV-B on growth and chlorophyll fluorescence quenching in etiolation type and normal type of tomato seedling , , were studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic organization was injured by inhanced UV-B, the plant height, and stem diameter, leaf size, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo,φPS Ⅱ, qP,Fv′/Fm′ of tomato leaves decreased, on the contrary,qN increased obviously. The results showed that two kinds of tomato exhibited different response to the inhanced UV-B, and the etiolation type was more sensentive than the normal type.
