摘　　要：分析了成品油库存管理现状,提出了成品油库存管理的相应策略。根据建立的成品油库存模型,针对成品油库存管理提出了优化基本原理、优化思想和优化基本策略。研究结果有助于降低成品油库存,保障资金流动,有效促进成品油经营企业经济效益的提高。Current situation in inventory management of oil products is analyzed and relative strategies on inventory management of oil products are put forward. Basic principle, thought and strategy for inventory management of oil products are presented based on the oil products inventory model established. It is considered that the research result redounds to decreasing inventory of oil products, ensuring flow of capital and effectively increasing economic benefits for the enterprises engaged in marketing of oil products.
