摘　　要：2008年美国主要投资银行的基本崩溃,使得美国次贷危机迅速演变为传染遍及主要发达国家的金融危机,进而导致全球经济危机。这一系列危机表明,及早对证券公司(投资银行)的失败进行预警极为重要。本文通过对证券公司失败预警研究成果进行归纳分析,为证券公司失败预警系统的建立完善提供了进一步研究的基础。The failure of main U.S. investment banks in 2008 turned the U.S. subprime crisis into international financial crisis very quickly, which almost damaged all the developed cotmtries＇ financial systems and further caused global economic crisis. These series crises strongly demonstrate that timely and effective early warning of the failure of securities companies （ investment banks） is very important. This paper reviews current research results about early waming of the failure of securities companies and provides a sound basis for further research in this important field.
