摘  要:研究了不同熔炼条件下B、C元素对Ti-47A l-2Cr-2Nb合金的铸态组织的影响。研究结果表明:B、C元素的添加显著地细化了TiA l基合金的组织片层,C元素的细化效果优于B元素。在所研究的精炼时间内,无论添加微量元素B还是C元素,精炼时间为30 m in时获得的铸锭组织中片层最细。Small amounts of boron and carbon addition were introduced into the as-cast Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy by different melting methods. The microstructures of Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb-0. 8B and Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb-0. IC alloys were investigated. The results showed that the gains of as-cast Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy were remarkably refined due to the addition of B or C. The lamellar space of TiAl based alloy added with C was superior to that added with B. The technics with refining for 30 minutes is the optimum one for ingots made by maglev induction melting furnace, no matter whether B or C is added.
