过速140% Ne回路联片在发电机组保护中的应用

摘　　要：黄河公伯峡水电站监控系统机组过速140%NePLC程序及控制回路设计不合理,给机组埋下了紧急停机、快速闸门落等严重事故隐患。为了防止重大事故,通过加装过速140%Ne联片等处理方法,消除安全隐患。改造后,当机组过速140%Ne误动时,未造成机组紧急事故停机流程动作,保证了机组安全运行。The computer supervisory control system of Gongboxia power station has an illogicality in the PLC program and the control circuit of the over-speed 140%Ne of the sets,it could cause the generator emergency shutdown or the stop gate closed. In order to avoid the rotating speed runaway,install the over-speed 140%Ne metal connection in the circuit of generator emergency shutdown and the circuit of PLC generator emergency shutdown. After the reform,when the over-speed 140%Ne of the sets acting mistakely, the process of generator emergency shutdown won＇t work,make sure the security of people and equipment and the stability of the sets.
