摘　　要：结合目前Ｗｅｂ技术的迅速发展，本文提出了网上培训出现的必然性和必要性，阐明了网上培训的概念及优势，结合实例分析了网上培训教程设计需要解决的问题，指出网上培训将会有广泛的应用领域。Abstract In view of the fast development of Web technology,this article puts forward the inevitability and necessity of Web Based Training (WBT). Explains the concept and advantages of WBT, analyzes the problems in the designing of WBT and points out that WBT could be used in many field,especially in online retrieval systems.
