摘　　要：针对干法腈纶丝束的特点,考察3.33dtex膨体毛条在试生产时的工艺条件,包括参数确定与指标检测,并对检测结果进行了相应的分析和工艺调整,确定了适宜的工艺条件。Aimed at the characteristic of dry spinning method nitrilon tow, the process conditions including determination of parameters and test of indexes in trial production of 3.33 dtex bulky top were investigated. The test results were analyzed and process adjustments were undertaken respectively.
