摘　　要：金融危机的爆发是国际和国内、政府和市场主体多个因素相互作用的结果。本文认为,金融机构道德风险及金融市场的不完善和金融监管不到位是每次金融危机不可缺少的要素,国际货币金融的架构及美国不当的宏观经济政策是导致这次金融危机爆发的突出因素。The financial crisis is the result of the interaction between international factor and domestic factor, government and market. This paper argues that the moral hazard of financial institutions , financial market imperfections and the lagged financial regulation is an indispensable element of financial crisis, international monetary and financial system, and the inappropriate macroeconomic policies are the outstanding factor of the financial crisis.
