摘　　要：城市土地利用强度定量研究是我国土地利用规划中的重要内容与难点。在此提出了一套基于层次分析法,以GIS技术为支撑,以建筑密度与建筑容积率、土地利用现状、交通密度、人口密度为主要指标的新方法,用于城市土地利用强度的三维定量评价,并以北京市海淀区东区为例进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,这套方法可以快速、便捷、准确的定量评价城市土地利用强度,并为城市土地利用规划决策提供科学有效的基础数据。The study of quantitative analysis of land-use intensity is important and difficult part of the land use planning in the urban area. In this paper, a new methodology on the 3D-quantitative evalualion of the urban land use intensity, based on the AHP theory, is presented in details ＂by using the （;-IS technology. Within this method, the building density and building floor area ratio, the land use status, the traffic density, the populalion densities were selected as the main indicators. The results from the case study of Haidian District. Beijing, shows that this method is rapid, convenient, and accurate for urban land use intensity definitions, and could provide scientific and effective data for the strategic decision of land use planning in the urban areas.
