复方中药对感染NIB鸡淋巴细胞刺激指数的影响

摘　　要：为了探明由熟地等组成的复方中药对感染肾型传染性支气管炎雏鸡免疫功能的影响规律,将雏鸡随机分为6组(空白对照组,攻毒对照组,西药治疗组,复方中药低剂量、中剂量、高剂量治疗组),分别于给药后3、6、9、14、19d采集血样,测定血液中T、B淋巴细胞的刺激指数。结果表明:试验用复方中药不仅可以提高人工感染肾型传染性支气管炎雏鸡T淋巴细胞的刺激指数,而且可使该雏鸡B淋巴细胞的刺激指数恢复到正常水平。结果还表明,试验用复方中药可以提高人工感染肾型传染性支气管炎雏鸡的细胞免疫功能,并可使该雏鸡体液免疫功能得以恢复。In order to study the effects of the compound Chinese herbal medicine including Shou-di, ete. on the immune function of the chicks infected by nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus, the chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups （a blank control group, an infected control group, a group with western medicine, and three other groups with compound Chinese herbal medicine with low, medium and high doses respectively）. On the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 14th and 19th days after taking the medicines, the chicks＇ blood T, 13 lymphocytes stimulation indexes were detected respectively. The results showed that the compound Chinese herbal medicine could increase the infected chicks＇ T lymphocytes stimulation indexes, and the B lymphoeytes stimulation indexes returned to normal. It suggested that the compound Chinese herbal medicine could improve the cellular immune function and restore the humoral immune function of the chicks infected by nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus.
