环新疆经济圈视角下哈萨克斯坦国际投资法律评析

摘　　要：从环新疆经济圈这个全新的视角入手,对哈萨克斯坦的国际投资法律制度进行研究,分析其利弊,进而为投资者对哈萨克斯坦投资提出建议。提示投资者要和新疆经济投资科研部门或相关的投资主体合作,建立系统的信息交换机制,提高抗风险能力;在新疆建立分支机构,改进投资主体的运营机制,制定、实施科学合理的投资战略。This paper studies the international investment legal system of Kazakhstan based on a new perspective of Xinjiang Economic Circle and analyses the pros and cons of the legal system. Accordingly, some suggestions are given to the investors who want to invest in the country. It reminds the investors of cooperating with the economic investment research departments in Xinjiang or with relevant investing bodies in building up information exchange system so as to enhance the controling-risk capability. It proposes that establish branches should be, set up in Xinjiang, improving the operation mechanisms of investors to constitute and implement scientific and rational investment strategies.
