摘　　要：在介绍电热镦机新型IGBT斩控式交流调压电路工作原理的基础上,设计了以(DSP)TMS320F2812为核心的全数字控制系统,实现了对输出电压的数字化控制。实验说明,该系统既能满足一定的控制精度要求,又能满足实时性要求,可以很好地控制电源系统的输出电压。On introduction of a new electric upsetting machine AC/AC IGBT chopping circuit,the fully digital control system is designed by the（DSP）TMS320F2812.The digital control of the output voltage is realized.The experiment is given.The system can meet the requirements of both accuracy and real-time,and its output voltage control is good.
