安顺市西秀区2型糖尿病患者代谢控制情况及微血管并发症流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的对贵州省安顺市西秀区2型糖尿病患者代谢控制情况进行调查,并对各种微血管并发症的流行病学现状进行分析。方法对399名安顺市西秀区医保2型糖尿病患者进行血糖的监测及相关并发症的筛查,分析该地区2型糖尿病患者代谢控制情况、糖尿病相关微血管并发症的流行病学现状。结果①该地区2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、血压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇达到理想控制的比例分别为3.0%、5.3%、61.6%、25.3%、35.1%、43.4%、87.7%;②糖尿病微血管并发症患病率为:周围神经病变51.9%,糖尿病肾病30.3%,糖尿病视网膜病变20.1%。结论安顺市西秀区2型糖尿病患者代谢控制情况差,且各种微血管并发症的发生率高。Objective To investigate the metabolic control and mierovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Anshun city, and the risk factors of mierovaseular complications were analyzed in these study population. Methods A total of 399 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Anshan city were enrolled in 2008. The level of glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol （CHOL）, tri-glycerides （TG）, low-density lipoproteins （LDL）, high-density lipoprotein （HDL）, incidence of mierovasular complications and their risk factors were evaluated.Results ①The incidences of ideal level in fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, blood pressure, CHOL, LDL-e, TG and HDL-e was 3.0%, 5.3%, 61.6%, 25.3%, 31.6%, 43.4% and 87.7%, respectively. ② The peripheral neuropathy, nephropathy and retinopathy were found in 51.9%, 30.3 and 20.1% in these patients, respectively. Conclusions In this study, poor metabolic control and high incidence of diabetic mierovasular complications were found in patients with type 2 diabetes.
