摘  要:比较研究了HPLC和GC测定卷烟主流烟气中挥发性羰基化合物的方法。采用吸附2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的剑桥滤片直接对卷烟烟气中的羰基化合物进行捕集,系统研究酸度、滤片使用张数等条件对衍生化反应及烟气捕集效率的影响;HPLC方法中,通过流动相的选择和洗脱条件的优化,实现了羰基化合物-DNPH衍生物的完全基线分离;GC方法中,通过对色谱柱、程序升温以及其它色谱条件的优化,实现了卷烟烟气中7种低级醛和酮的简便快速测定;对气相色谱和液相色谱法在分离效果和定性定量结果等方面进行了比较。High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC) method for the determination of seven carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke were developed. 2, 4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH)-treated Cambridge filter was used to collect carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke with improved trapping method of carbonyl compounds. Conditions of the derivatization of carbonyl compounds with 2, 4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) in filter were investigated. The separation of carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke with a new mobile phase system (A: water/acetonitrile/tetrahydrofuran (THF)/ iso-propanol: 59/30/10/1 and B: acetonitrile/Water: 65/35) was used in HPLC analysis. During GC-FID and GC-NPD experiments, different columns, temperature program and other chromatographic conditions were optimized. Under optimized conditions, seven carbonyl-DNPH compounds were separated. Separation effect, retention time, and results of GC and HPLC methods were compared which showed that it can provide reasonable reference for method selection of determination of carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke.
