摘  要:曹村矿11#煤层顶板节理发育、承压性差,并且综采顺槽及切眼断面较大,11#煤层顶板的支护问题已成为掘进技术的难点。传统的支护形式为梯形工字钢棚,掘进速度慢,劳动强度大,且顶板难控制,回采时端头难以维护,工序复杂,安全性差。为此,采用锚网梁索联合支护工艺,获得了大断面支护的相关参数,取得了成功。为安全生产创造了良好的工作环境,减轻了劳动强度,提高了效率。11# coal seam roof joint growth and bearing pressure is poor in Caocun coal mine, also the crossheading of fully mechanized mining coal and the cross section of open - off cut is large, the supporting problem of 11 coal seam roof becomes the difficulty of the tunneling technology.
