摘  要:中国每年煤矿瓦斯排放量的80%~90%是以矿井通风方式排出的,通风瓦斯由于浓度极低、缺乏有效的利用方式而直接排放到大气中,既浪费了大量清洁能源,又造成了严重的环境污染。本文介绍了我国煤矿区通风瓦斯(VAM)排放量、通风瓦斯浓度以及利用潜力,并对当前国内外主要通风瓦斯利用技术进行对比分析,简述了氧化销毁、氧化供热和氧化发电为主的三种通风瓦斯利用方案,最后对通风瓦斯利用项目经济性进行了分析。研究表明,我国通风瓦斯利用市场潜力具大、前景广阔,在CDM机制下,通风瓦斯利用项目可实现环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的多赢。About 80% - 90% of the total CMM in China is emitted into atmosphere by mine ventilation. Because the concentration of VAM is extremely low and effective technologies for VAM ufilization are short, it is directly discharged into atmosphere, which not only wastes a large amount of clean energy, but also causes serious environmental pollution. This paper firstly describes the VAM emission volume, VAM concentration and its utilization potential in the coal mining areas of China, and then makes a costive analysis on major VAM utilization technologies both at home and abroad. And then, the paper briefly introduces three major VAM utilization schemes: oxidization for destruction, oxidization for heat generation, and oxidization for power generation. Finally, the paper conducts an economic analysis on VAM utilization projects. The research indicates that, VAM utilization market has great development potential with great prospect in China. Under the CDM, VAM utilization project could realize multi-win outcomes of environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits.
