摘　　要：本文对泰山赤鳞鱼的人工促进繁殖技术进行了试探性研究.利用各种常用的鱼类催产激素对赤鳞鱼亲鱼进行注射,用混合激素处理后的雌鱼排卵数和孵化率显著高于各种激素单独处理的效果,为进一步提高赤鳞鱼的繁殖率和产量提供了理论依据.The aim of present work was to develop a protocol to induce the spawning and hatching in varicorhinus macrolepis by hormone administration.The results showed that the injection of a combination of different hormones can achieve the highest ovulation and hatching rate.This protocol can be used in further artificial spawning applications for varicorhinus macrolepis production and conservation.
