摘 要:随着我国经济持续发展,工业化水平不断提高,能源紧张的局面日益凸显。建筑耗能逐步成为节能领域关注的焦点。如何降低建筑能耗已经成为关系到国家节能减排实效的重要工作。通过对深圳市八家大型酒店建筑进行调研,总结出该地区酒店建筑的用能情况及用能特点。在此基础之上分别对空调系统、照明系统、热水系统、管理等方面进行了节能潜力分析。最后得出相关结论,为今后大型公共建筑的节能改造提供了一定依据和参考。With the development of economic and the improvement of industrial, energy crisis is witnessed. More attention are focus on the energy consumption of building. How to realize the aim of energy consumption of building is of very important. Based on the samples of hotels got from Shenzhen, the Status of energy consumption in hotels is analyzed. The characters of energy consumption in hotels are described. Based on the analysis, the potential of energy conservation about HVAC system, lighting, hot-water and administration are given. At the end of this paper some conclusions on this investigation are gotten. The conservation potentialities are carried out and some reference information are supplied to the project of energy conservation.
