摘  要:介绍了几种具有代表性的聚合物薄膜光伏电池的基本结构及其工作原理,研究总结了目前制约聚合物光伏电池能量转换效率的因素和提高聚合物光伏电池效率的途径:如改善本体异质结结构的薄膜形貌、电极/活性层接触面和加入光学间隔层等。通过比较,提出进一步研究聚合物薄膜光伏电池的几点设想。The article introduced the basic structure and working principles of some representative devices about polymer thin film solar cell. Having carefully examined the major constraining factors to the efficiency of polymer solar cell with structure of bulk heterojunction, the author summarized the methods of efficiency improvement, such as optimizing morphology on film surface, contact surface between electrode and active layer, as well as adding optical spacer to the structure. Additionally, some conceptions and innovations to be further researched were also presented.
