摘 要:以空心漂珠作为载体,将由溶胶-凝胶法制得的纳米TiO2负载在其空心结构中,并在马弗炉内以450℃、500℃、550℃煅烧2h,即可得到负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂,用TG、FI-IR、XRD对其特性进行分析表明,该催化剂不但使TiO2漂浮于水面与光充分接触,还增大了TiO2的比表面积,从而提高了其光催化效果。在紫外光照射下,当煅烧温度为500℃、pH为10、温度为35℃、用量为5g/L时,光降解效率可达90%以上。The laden nano-TiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method, taking hollow float beads as carrier, and calcined at 450℃ ,500℃ ,550℃ for 2 h. Photocatalysts were characterized by TG, FI-IR and XRD, it not only float on water and contact with the light completely, but also increased the specific surface area of TiO2 to improve the degradation rate of photocatalyst. The tests showed that under the ultraviolet radiation, solution pH was 10, temperature was 35℃, the dosage of catalysts was 5.000 g/L, the degradation can exceed 90% for 12 h.
