摘　　要：现代社会是一个开放的社会,开放的社会需要开放的社会交往。对于正在学习、成长中的大学生来说,人际交往是生活的基本内容之一。培养良好的人际交往能力,不仅是大学生活的需要,更是将来适应社会的需要。The modern society is an open society, which needs open social interaction. For the university students who are studying and maturing, human communication is one of basic contents of life. Cultivating good ability of interpersonal communication is necessary not only for the university life but for adapting to the society in the future.
