风力发电的一种设想

摘　　要：风能和太阳能蔓资源丰富的可再生能源，发展风能和太阳能发电是改善能源结构、减少环境污染和保护生态环境的重要举措。但由于目前风能利用的高成本的缺陷严重制约了其发展，本文对于如何利用风力发电提出了一种设想，希望能为从事风电研究的专业人士提供一定的借鉴作用.Wind and solar energy is abundant resources of renewable energy, wind power and solar energy development is to improve the energy structure, reduce pollution and protect the ecological environment of important initiatives. However, due to the defect of current high cost of wind energy utilization has seriously hampered its development,in this paper on how to use wind power presents a vision, hope for power professionals to provide certain reference.
