摘　　要：ZK-LX1100螺旋分选机对不同煤种和可选性的非难选粗煤泥进行分选,可降灰5.31～8.10个百分点,如脱去<0.125mm粒级,降灰可达10个百分点以上;该机干煤泥处理量为3.6～6.0 t/(头.h),矿浆处理能力9～15.5 m3/(头.h)。工业性试验结果表明:ZK-LX1100螺旋分选较难选无烟煤泥,可得到灰分为10.80%的精煤,经脱泥后,灰分可降至9.26%;中煤段可能偏差Ep2=0.07kg/L,不完善度I2=0.121,分选密度为1.58kg/L,打破了螺旋分选机分选密度高的传统观念。Various kinds of easy-to-wash coal separated by spiral can reduce ash content by 5.31 - 8.10%, when removing ﹤0.125 size fraction from feed material, the ash content will reduced by great than 10 present. The throughput capacity of the spiral is 3.6-6.0t/h per head (dry basis) and 9-15.5m3/h per head (coal slurry). The result of industry test shows use ZK-LX1100 spiral separate difficult to wash anthracite slime with cut point of 1.58kg/l, the clean coal ash content is 10.80%, and after deslime, the ash of clean coal can reduced to 9.26; in the middling part, the E2 =0.07kg/l and I2=0.121. This result indicates that spiral separator can also operated at lower separation density.
