摘　　要：大学网络文化是网络进入大学的必然结果,是作为主体的大学生与大学教师基于网络的社会交往。大学网络文化具有自主性、开放性、多元性、交互性、知识性与教育性等特征,其灵魂是基于校园网络的学术文化和学习文化。大学要从物质、制度、精神三个层面来建设网络文化,同时还要重视师生的信息素质教育和大学生的网络心理健康教育。Campus network culture forms and develops as computer networks are set up and developed in universities. It is web -based social interaction between college students and teachers. Campus network culture is autonomous, open, pluralistic, interactive, intellectual and educational. Its soul is cam- pus network - based academic and learning culture. Hardware, regulations, and spiritual well - being are three important aspects involved in the construction of campus network culture. In addition, due attention should be paid to information literacy education and mental health of the teachers and students.
