摘　　要：在具体分析由低层到高层的知识组合与合成2类过程后,归纳了组织知识自下而上涌现的机理,得出了组织知识的涌现是不同层次上表现出的知识共享结构与知识生成结构有机结合之产物的结论。After concrete analysis of the composition and compilation processes of knowledge from the low to the high level, we conclude that the mechanism of organizational knowledge emerges from bottom to top and the emergence of organizational knowledge is the integration of knowledge sharing and knowledge generation structure reflected from different levels.
