国内居民消费总量与结构的优化研究

摘　　要：提出从投资与消费、居民消费总水平和居民消费支出结构3个层次设定居民消费结构优化目标,编制拟定了若干基于居民消费总量增长的消费结构优化概算方案,并在此基础上预测未来消费变动趋势,提出着力引导消费倾向,统筹消费、投资和进出口协调拉动发展等建议。This paper proposes a set of optimization objectives involving investment and consumption, total consumption of residents and consumption expenditure structure of residents, and it works out several optimization and estimate schemes based on the consumption structure with increasing to- tal consumption of residents. The paper further estimates the change tendency of future consumption puts forward some suggestions such as focusing on guiding the consumption tendency, coordinating consumption ,investment as well as imports and exports.
