硫酸钡改性新型甲基化环糊精毛细管色谱柱柱行为的研究

摘　　要：在硫酸钡微晶对毛细管内壁改性的基础上，系统制备了甲基化环糊精与不同混合固定液的毛细管色谱往，从柱的分高选择性、惰性、柱效和分析准确性等方面作了较为系统的研究，并对环糊精的分离机理作了初步探索．In this work, a new type of column was prepared by coating methylated cyclodextrin mixed with normal stationary phase on capillaries, the wall of which had been modified by BaSO4 prior to coating. Systematical examinations, such as separation ability, column efficiency, stability, and quantitative accuracy had been discussed. At the same time the paper proposes a kind of isomers' separation mechanism for isomers. As cyclodextrin derivatives are difficult to obtain, we try to find a simple and practical way to solve the problem in our work. Thus several mixed cyclodextrin and silicones liquid phase column were prepared. It turns out that they can get the same result for the column efficiency and resolution ability from mixed liquid phases as good as from the methylated β-cyclodextrin derivative.
