科技进步贡献率概念的建立及测算方法

摘　　要：现有的科技进步贡献率是指科技进步的贡献在各种生产要素贡献的代数和中所占的比重本文指出在生产要素贡献负增长的情况下仍然采用这种定义方式是不合理的本文根据生产要素贡献情况的不同分别建立了科技进步贡献的概念由于ＲＭ索洛（Ｓｏｌｏｗ）提出的用“余值法”测算科技进步贡献中的前提假设过于苛刻因此具有一定的局限性依据科技进步与效益之间的内在联系，本文提出了一种测算科技进步贡献率的“等效益面法”he existing contribution rate of science and technology progress refers to the proportion of the contribution of science and technology progress to the total of all kinds production factorsThis paper indicates that the above definition under the negative increase of the contribution of production factors is not reasonableIn this paper,we set up several concepts of the contributuin of science and technology progress according to various contributions of product factorsBecause the hypothesis for surplus proposed by RMr Solow is too restricted for evaluating,the contribution of science and technology progress so surplus has certain limitationsBy the interconnections between science and technology progress and efficiency,we presented a kind of equal efficiency surface method for estimating the contribution rate of science and technology progress
