摘  要:目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在大鼠腹部开放合并海水浸泡中的表达。方法:采用腹部开放伤合并海水浸泡大鼠致伤模型。在光镜下观察肠黏膜损伤程度;利用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)试剂盒检测血浆TNF-α、IL-6含量的变化;分光光度法检测小肠组织MDA、SOD的含量。结果:腹部开放伤合并海水浸泡后,大鼠小肠病理学检查出现小肠充血、淋巴细胞浸润及肠上皮细胞间紧密连接破坏等改变;血中TNF-α、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);肠组织MDA水平升高,SOD活性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:腹部开放合并海水浸泡可致大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能受损,TNF-α、IL-6、氧自由基参与了腹部开放海水浸泡伤后继发性炎症反应过程。Objective To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in rats with open celiac seawater immersion wounds.Methods Fifty Wistar rat models of open celiac wound were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group(group A n = 10),operation group(group B n = 10),abdominal seawater immersion group(group C n = 10),celiac physiological saline immersion group(group D n = 10) and celiac seawater immersion group(group E n =10).Pathomorphological changes of intestine were observed under light microscope.The levels of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay.The levels of MDA and SOD in intestinal mucosa were also measured.Results Intestinal congestion,lymphocytic infiltration and tight junction damage were observed in group E.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and MDA were increased,with decreased SOD in group E(P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Celiac seawater immersion can damage intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with open celiac seawater immersion wounds.TNF-A,IL-6 and reactive oxygen species(ROS) may be associated with the inflammatory reaction.
