摘　　要：目的为促进药物咨询工作的科学有效开展提供参考。方法对1183例患者和医护人员提出的咨询内容进行综合分析。结果患者咨询的内容主要为药物作用、用途、不良反应、用法用量等;医护人员则更关心治疗疾病可选择的药物、配伍等问题。结论药物咨询能够促进合理用药,提高医疗质量,同时对医院药师价值也是良好的宣传。Objective To provide the reference for consultation service on drug use.Methods A comprehensive analysis was performed on the contents of drug counseling problems presented by 1183 patients and medical staff.Results The patients′ questions focused on the action,clinical use,adverse reactions,administration and dosage of drugs.However,the questions of medical staff focused on drugs available for choice and combined use of drugs etc.Conclusions Drug counseling work can help promote rational drug use,and improve medical quality.Besides,it is conducive to publicity for hospital pharmacists.
