2001～2007年我院抗高血压药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析我院口服抗高血压药物临床应用情况,供临床用药参考。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,对我院2001~2007年抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性分析。结果我院口服抗高血压药销售金额和DDDs均呈上升趋势,钙拮抗剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂排在前2位。单品种金额排序前3位的是氨氯地平、非洛地平、贝那普利;单品种DDDs值在前3位的是非洛地平、贝那普利、硝苯地平缓释片。结论我院口服抗高血压药物的应用情况与国内外总体用药情况基本相符,符合目前的抗高血压用药原则。Objective To study the clinical application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for the references of clinics on rational administration.Methods Adopting DDD analysis,the consumption sum,DDDs etc of antihypertensives during 2001~2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The DDDs and sales amount of the orally administered antihypertensive agents in our Hospital increased.Calcium antagonist and ACEI ranked the first two places.Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Felodipine Sustaind-Release Tablets and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets dominating the first 3 places in consumption sum terms of the sequence of single variety.Felodipine Sustaind-Release Tablets and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets and Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets dominating the first 3 places in DDDs terms of the sequence of single variety.Conclusions The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the domestic and abroad general medication situation and corresponds to the current medication principle of antihypertensive drugs.
