摘　　要：目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床价值和操作技巧。方法1999年6月—2008年6月,我院所有LC均常规采用三孔法进行,并对相关经验进行总结。结果2 357例LC中,23例因行术中胆道造影而改用四孔法,中转开腹16例,无死亡病例,无严重并发症。结论三孔法安全、方便,即使在开展LC的早期阶段,也可以作为LC的常规术式。Objective To discuss the clinical value and operative skill of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） with three-trocar technique.Methods All the laparoscopic cholecystectomies were performed with routine three-trocar technique from Jun.1999 to Jun.2008,and the experience was then summarized.Results The use of four trocar was necessary in only 23 cases with additional intraoperative cholangiography,and 16 cases were converted to open procedure.No death or severe complication occurred.Conclusion LC can be safely and conveniently done with three-trocar technique as a routine way.
