消脱止治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消脱止治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的疗效。方法回顾性分析120例胫腓骨骨折的临床资料,根据用药情况随机分为两组,观察组60例应用消脱止,对照组60例应用甘露醇,分别观察两组疗效。结果观察组显效41例,有效15例,有效率93.33%;对照组显效31例,有效9例,有效率66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消脱止能有效治疗胫腓骨骨折所致的肢体肿胀。Objective To discuss the curative effects of melilotus extract on limb swelling resulting from fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula were studied retrospectively.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the drugs used.Trial group（n=60） received sodium aescinate（a melilotus extract）.Control group（n=60） was treated with mannitol injection.The therapeutic effect and course were observed.Results In the trial group,41 ones were obviously responsive and 15 ones were responsive.The effective rate was 93.33 percent.In the control group,31 ones were obviously responsive and 9 ones were responsive.The effective rate was 66.67 percent.Conclusion Melilotus extract has curative effects on limb swelling resulting from fracture of tibia and fibula.
