摘  要:目的探讨口服富氧水对高原移居青年血流动力学的影响。方法将进驻海拔3 700 m半年的20名健康青年随机分为AB两组,每组10人。A组口服富氧水2 d,B组口服富氧水5 d。两组在口服富氧水前后分别用XG-Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学有关指标。结果两组口服富氧水后较口服前P、TPR、ALT、η、PAW P、CCP降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);SV、mAP、BK、BV增高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服富氧水对高原移居青年血流动力学有明显的改善作用。Objective To study the effects of Heavy-oxygen-enriched water(HOEW) on high altitude migrants' hemodynamics.Methods Twenty youth who had stayed at high altitude of 3 700 m for half-year were divided into two groups(n=10/group).Before and after they took HOEW twice(Group A) or five times(Group B),their hemodynamics was detected with circulation function tester(type XG-III).Results Compared with that before taking HOEW,the hemodynamic parameters of P,TPR,ALT,η,PAWP and CCP reduced,and SV,mAP,BK and BV increased significantly after taking HOEW(P〈0.05).Conclusion HOEW can improve migrants' hemodynamics at high altitude.
