舰艇工作对男性生殖能力影响的研究

摘　　要：目的调查舰艇工作是否对官兵生殖能力产生影响,为制定舰艇官兵生殖健康保健方案提供依据。方法对198名新入伍官兵在开始舰艇工作前和住舰艇工作一年后精液常规指标、精子运动参数指标以及生殖激素水平进行比较分析。结果开始舰艇工作前、后对比(1)精子活动率显著上升;(2)精子曲线运动速度、精子直线运动速度、精子平均路径运动速度、以及精子运动直线性比例等指标均显著上升。(3)血清睾酮水平显著上升。其他各项研究指标均未发现明显差异。结论未发现舰艇工作对官兵生殖健康造成不利影响。Objective To analyze the male reproduction ability in warship soldiers,so as to protect male warship soldiers＇ reproduction ability.Methods Semen and hormone of 198 new recruit officers and soldiers were comparatively analyses before they began their warship work and one year later.Results Compare the result between beginning their warship work and one year later,were found that（1） the rate of mobile sperm obviously increased.（2） VCL,VSL,VAP,LIN obviously increased.（3）Testosterone obviously increased.No differences were found in other analyses.Conclusion Work in warship has not decreased male reproduction ability.
