外用枸杞对小鼠皮肤及表皮郎格罕细胞影响的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨枸杞对皮肤及表皮郎格罕细胞（Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓｃｅｌ，ＬＣ）的影响，将单味中药枸杞提取液溶于硅霜中，外涂小鼠皮肤。结果：枸杞提取液促进小鼠表皮ＬＣ数量增多、表达Ｉａ抗原功能增强；图像分析表明枸杞对真皮组织内胶原纤维、弹性纤维及ＤＮＡ含量均有促进作用。提示外用枸杞提取液有增加小鼠表皮ＬＣ数量。The effect of wolfberry fruit on skin and epidermal Langerhans′ cell(LC) in mice was studiedThe fluid extract of chinese wolfberry fruit was applied to the skin of the mice The results showed that the number of epidermic LC increased and Ia+LC in murine epidermis in the wolfberry-treated groups were significantly enhanced compared with the control group (P<005) The density of DNA, collagen and elastin fiber of the dermis increased It is suggested that the wolfberry fruit not only increased the number of epidermal dendritic cells, but also enhance the skin immunity
