海洛因依赖者头发中微量元素含量的改变

摘　　要：用中子活化分析方法测定深圳地区人发中铝、碘、镁、锰、硫、钒、铟、钙、铜９种元素的含量。受试者６５例：其中４５例海洛因依赖者（男３３例、女１２例）、２０例非药物滥用者（男、女各１０例）。结果表明，海洛因依赖组与非药物滥用对照组比较，发中铝、钒、硫、镁、锰的含量差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．０１）；发中铜、碘含量差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；发中钙、铟含量差异无统计学意义。The content of Al, I, Mg, Mn, S, V, In, Ca and Cu in hair of 45 heroin addicts and 20 non-drug abuser controls was determined by instrument neutron activation analysis. The results showed that there were much significant differences in content of Al, V, S, Mg and Mn in hair between heroin addicts and controls (P<0.001,P<0.01). There were also differences in content of Cu, I and in hair between heroin addicts and controls(P<0.05). The content of Ca, In in hair proved no statistic differences.
