路盖克对普通外科手术镇痛作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察路盖克（酒石酸双氢可待因／醋氨酚复方片）对普通外科手术的镇痛效果。方法：在１９９６年１２月～１９９７年５月对８７例普通外科术后患者口服路盖克的镇痛效果进行观察并将所得数据行统计学分析。结果：７１．３％的病例疼痛完全缓解，９７．７％的病例有效，服药前后疼痛程度比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而出现不良反应者罕见。结论：效果与其两种成份复方后药效叠加而每一成份剂量减小的机理相符，所以对于中小手术后，胃肠功能基本正常的病人，服用该药可获得满意而持久的镇痛效果。OBJECTIVE:To observe the analgesic effect of Galake (compound tablets of paracetamol and dihyrocodeine tartrate)in treatment of post operation pain.METHODS:From Dec.1996 to May 1997,Galake tables have been given to 87 patients for relieving post operation pain in the Department,and data were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The pain in 71.8% patients were completely relieved and only 0.3% of them didn’t feel any better and significant differences in pain level were existed before and after treatment.No side effects were observed.CONCLUSIONS:The significant analgesic effects of Galake were contributed to the two ingredients of the tabelts and we believe that patients with normal gastrointestinal function will got a long and satisfactory pain relief from Galake tablets immediately after small and moderate operation.
