润神口服液对小鼠体力的影响

摘　　要：为了测定润神口服液对小鼠体力的影响,我们用低水温(9-13℃)游泳试验对它们进行了实验观察。结果显示注射润神口服液1号的雌鼠体力增强(P<0.05)。注射润神口服液2号的雌、雄鼠体力均明显增强(P值分别<0.05和0.01)。实验观察还显示小鼠体力增强与进食量无关,与饮水量增加及全身机能改善可能有关。To determine whether Runshen oral liquid had an effect on the mice stamina, we adopted swimming test in cold water (9-13℃ ). The resu lts showed that stamina of female mice administered with Runshen No. 1 had significant increase ( P< 0.05), and that stamina of male and female mice, both administered with Runshen No. 2, had marked increase ( P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). The stamina increase had no relation with eating volume and had relation with drinking increase and entire improvement of body function.
