摘  要:为了探讨脑挫裂伤的病理变化和机理,取Wistar大鼠60只,参考Feeney's等人落体致伤法。造成右顶叶大脑皮质局灶性脑挫裂伤。分别于伤后2h,24h,72h,14d和28d断头取脑,在光镜和透射电镜下观察了病灶处微血管构筑,血脑屏障和神经元的超微结构变化。结果表明出血灶周围区2—72h血管内皮细胞水肿、血脑屏障破坏、神经元水肿和细胞器减少,7d后水肿逐渐消退,14—28d病灶中心区胶质细胞瘢痕形成,病灶周围区血管及神经元基本恢复。bstract 60 wistar rat, were used in the studing of the pathological change course and mechanism of brain tissue following the cortical injury, consulting Feeney' s falling - body - injury method, we made the right parietal lobe cerebral cortex. After 2 h, 24h, 72h, 14d, 28d of the operation, the ultrastructure change of the vessels, blood -brain harries and neurons were observed by light and electron microscope. The results as follws- during 2-72h after injury, The drospy of the endothelial cell and neuron, the cell organ diminished of neuron, blood- brain barries were on bleeding nidus around. After 7d the dropsy gradually disapprea. 14 -- 28d during in the centre of the nidus, becamed oligodenrocyete scar, The vessel and neuron return to normal in nidus around area.
