摘  要:调查结果显示:人际交往压力在大学生群体中是一个普遍存的问题,年级差异显著;大学生人际交往应对策略使用频率最高的策略为积极转移和认知调整,使用最少的策略是攻击抵触;应对策略的总体使用频率越高,相应的人际交往压力等级也越高。Through the questionnaires to investigate the interpersonal communication pressure of college students from different grades,the paper analyzes the interpersonal pressure and the characteristics and difference of its countermeasures.First,interpersonal communication pressure is a common problem in college students and it is very different in grades;second,the frequently -used countermeasures are positive transfer and recognition adjustment. Attack and conflict are least employed.The countermeasures are different in different grades, third, the more countermeasures the students employ, the more pressure they have in interpersonal communication.
