筋膜皮瓣在褥疮治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的讨论筋膜皮瓣在褥疮治疗中的作用,探讨防止褥疮复发的措施。方法回顾7例12处褥疮的临床资料,比较筋膜皮瓣和肌皮瓣的优劣。结果筋膜皮瓣和肌皮瓣在褥疮治疗中效果同样好,而在手术操作过程中具有方法简单,转位方便,副损伤少的特点。结论在褥疮治疗中建议将筋膜皮瓣作为首选;去除骨性隆突是防止褥疮复发的主要外科措施。Objective To evaluate the role of fasciocutaneous flaps in treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods The treatments of 12 pressure ulcers of 7 patient cases in our ward have been Reviewed, 1-3 years follow up has beed done to compare the outcomes of fasciocutaneous rotational flaps and myocutaneous flaps in the treatment of pressure ulcers.Results All flaps survived,both myocutaneous flaps and fasciocutaneous rotational flaps,After an follow-up time of 1-3 years ,no recurrence was found.Conclusion Both methods are comparable, good and safe in treating pressure ulcers,We suggest that the fasciocutaneous flap has the first priority and is superior to myocutaneous flaps especially for the paralysed patients;We also suggest proper treatment of the bony prominence to prevent the recurrence of pressure ulcers.
