摘  要:试验通过扫描电镜对亚麻不同类型的愈伤组织、不定根和不定芽进行了超微结构观察。结果表明,以子叶或者下胚轴为外植体诱导的初始愈伤组织表面都较质密,细胞之间排列紧密没有空隙;胚性愈伤组织表面较光滑,细胞形状较规则,细胞形成团粒结构,形成团粒的细胞之间结合紧密,团粒与团粒之间结合松散,可观察到大的空隙。非胚性和褐化愈伤组织细胞形状不规则体积较大,表面形状不规则,有较多的覆盖物。不定根和不定芽表面有表皮毛。The ultrastructures of different types of calluses, adventitious roots and adventitious buds from flax were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the surface of initial callus induced by taking cotyledons or hypocotyls as explants was denser, whose cells were in dense arrangement without void; The surface of embryogenic callus was smoother, whose cells showed regular shape and formed aggregate structure, furthermore the cells to form aggregates were combined closely, while the aggregates were combined loosely so that the large void could be observed; The surface of nonembryoenic and browning calluses appeared irregular shape and more covering materials, whose cells showed irregular shape and larger volume; The surface of adventitious roots and adventitious buds appeared epidermal hairs.
