摘 要:为了能够有效的降解废水中的尿素,从土壤中筛选出具有较高降解尿素能力的菌株4株,分别隶属于葡萄球菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、微杆菌属,其中克雷伯氏菌属占优。试验考察了pH、尿素浓度、葡萄糖浓度、氨氮浓度等因素对所筛选出菌种单菌株及混合菌株降解尿素活性的影响。结果表明,在pH8.5,进水葡萄糖浓度0~1000mg·L-1,尿素浓度低于300mg·L-1的条件下,各菌株表现出较高活性,其中最大活性为0.649U;氨氮浓度对菌活性影响很大,进水氨氮浓度宜控制在70mg·L-1以下。In order to degrade urea in wastewater effectively, four strains were isolated and identified from the soil, which had comparatively good capability of degrading urea attached to Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, and Microbacterium, and the Klebsiella strain was predominant. Effects factors such as pH, urea concentration, glucose concentration, and NH4+-N concentration on degratdation capability of single strain and mixed strains were studied. The results showed that when pH was 8.5, influent glucose concentration was 0-1 000 mg.L^-1 and the urea concentration was below 300 mg.L^-1, each strain had a relatively high bioactivity, in which the maximum was 0.649 U; ammonium nitrogen concentration had an obvious effect on bioactivity and it should be controlled tess than 70 mg. L^-1.
