摘 要:试验研究了3个花椰菜品种文兴45天、白雪公主、超级雪王在60和100μmol·m-·2s-1弱光处理下可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量、POD活性的变化情况。结果表明,在28d的光照处理过程中,3种花椰菜的可溶性糖含量在60μmo·lm-·2s-1光照处理下都表现出降低-升高-降低的变化趋势,而在100μmo·lm-·2s-1光照处理下表现出不同的波动性变化趋势。可溶性蛋白含量在60μmol·m-·2s-1光照处理下先升高后降低,而在100μmol·m-·2s-1光照处理下也表现出不同的波动性变化趋势。叶绿素含量在处理前期升高,后期呈现不同的变化趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升高后降低。以上生理指标的变化表明3个花椰菜品种均具有较强的耐弱光能力。The changes of the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, chlorophyll, and the POD activity were studied on three varieties of Brasica oleracea L. Wenxing 45 Days, Snow White and Super Xuewang under the condition of subdued light 60 and 100 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. The results showed that under 28 d treatment of subdued light the soluble sugar of Brasica oleracea L. was different fluctuant tendencies under 100μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and was the same fluctuant tendencies of decreased-increased-decreased under 60 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. The content of soluble protein increased at first but decreased then under 60 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, and also had different fluctuant tendencies under 100 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. The content of chlorophyll became high in former and different tendencies in later. The POD activity also increased at first but decreased then. From these changes, it was indicated that three kinds of Brasica oleracea L. could fit for the subdued light.
